	proCertum ADS An integrated electronic signature authentication system which combines the advanced authentication function and single logging into computer systems with the functionality of the electronic signature technology.

proCertum ADS ensures:
single authentication of a user with the use of public key certificates (X.509), replacing many names of users and system passwords with a microprocessor card and the single logging system – users do not have to memorize endless lists of passwords and names, protection of work stations with the use of microprocessor card technology and PKI – after a card is removed from a reader, a computer is automatically blocked, complete identification of documents’ authors – thanks to electronic signature application, marking documents with reliable time – no possibility of having a document modified or the time it was created falsified, encryption of electronic correspondence, documents and files, single authentication of a user with the use of Public Key Infrastructure certificates (X.509).

The following solutions, among other things, have been employed in proCertum ADS system:

proCertum PKI System – a module system of Public Key Infrastructure responsible for managing public key certificates, time stamp, electronic notarial services, electronic vault, electronic messenger and OCSP (i.e. real-time certificate status verification),
Single SignOn – products of recognized manufacturers enabling secure implementation of a single logging system, including Novell SecureLogin®, RSA Secure ID®, Active eDirectory Smart Card Logon,
proCertum API – a package of libraries for Windows enabling the use Public Key Infrastructure services within PKI unrelated software and systems.

implementation of PKI within an existing computer infrastructure,

increasing the safety level of computer system users authorization.

*) Effective July 11, 2006, Microsoft will no longer issue security updates or provide support for Windows 98, 98 SE and ME. We recommend installing our software only on workstations with Microsoft Windows NT or Microsoft Windows XP operating systems to provide the highest security while creating e-signature.
